The classes In PINK are at LSF and the classes in ORANGE are on the LSF Facebook Page. Lakeshore pays me to teach these classes. The classes we present on Facebook are FREE. The classes we offer at the club are $10 each and you can book and pay for them through the MyLSF Website or App. Non-members can sign up to take classes for an additional fee.
Band Camp: Use Resistance Bands to maximize your effort in this exciting and fun class! We will use Power Systems Versa Tube and Versa Loop in Band Camp.
BarreSTAR: (AKA BarreBODY) Ballet based workout uses toning isometric exercises to create a chiseled dancer’s physique. Including cardio bursts and standing barre work.
BarreFIGHT: A bad ass combination of Barre exercises to sculpt and tone and Kickboxing for killer cardio!! No equipment needed! Light weight sneakers recommended.
Bodyweight Bootcamp: No equipment is required for this class - just your body and a can do attitude! Hard core circuits put you through the wringer!
Core Strength: This challenging and thoughtfully formatted class works your core muscles, abdominals, back, shoulders, chest and glutes, to support core strength, spinal mobility, stamina, good posture, and confidence!
DEFCON: Continuously amp up the intensity throughout 5 levels of DEFCON! The warm up previews the Red Alert HIIT we will attack in the final round. There will also be a core series, a light weight sculpt series and a heavy weight strength training round. Let’s get it done!
Diesel: Pure Strength! Total body resistance training class using dumbbells for load (no cardio).
Dirty 30s: 30 minute class composed of 30 second intervals of work to get you shredded!
Floor Barre: This BarreBODY class is mostly a mat toning class featuring all of your favorite mat sculpting exercises.
HIIT Fusion: Explore different methods of High Intensity Interval Training, such as Tetra Sculpt, DEFCON, Dirty 30s, METCON, Tabata Fusion and more, guaranteed to maximize your metabolic conditioning results!
Kickboxing: Learn technique, drills and combos for punching and kicking in this fast paced, action packed, high intensity martial arts cardio class that is fun and feisty!
Wednesday Wine Down: 60 min peaceful and empowering all-level VinyasaFLOW yoga class followed immediately a BYOB social over a glass of wine or two! Weather permitting, and if you have a safe space to accommodate, plan to take your practice outside, get some fresh air and sunshine and enjoy a Wine Down under the stars with the Good Vibe Tribe!
