Family Fitness for Ogden!

Hello Good Vibe Tribe!! 

We are so excited to offer a kid-friendly workout that is fun for the whole family for our next Fitness for Ogden event on Thursday, November 12 at 6pm! This will be a great way to bond as a family and have fun being active together! Get your sillies out after sitting around all day and learn some great techniques for combating the couch potato blues these cold wintery months! See your friends from school on this interactive Zoom and invite friends and family from across the country to join in the fun and support our school - no need to live nearby to participate in this exciting virtual event!

Tickets:

We will offer two types of tickets: General Admission and Sponsor. General Admission will give you access to the event, while teh Sponsor ticket allows you to add a more generous contribution to the school during this hard time. 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales go directly to Friends of Ogden to support the school. 

What to Expect - How to Prepare

This will be an all-levels, all-ages welcome 45 minute Bodyweight Bootcamp style virtual class. We will not need any equipment, just your body (and maybe a mat or soft surface to lay down on). Be sure to wear comfortable movement clothes and sneakers, and have a towel and water available. The event will start at 6pm so please try to jump online by 5:45-6pm. We will have time after class for Q&A where Mikhaila will be able to advise, encourage and support YOU in your fitness goals! This will be a great opportunity for connection and reflection as well sharing questions, comments, feedback and requests for the next session!

Scolarships Available

This is an inclusive fundraising event - all are welcome. If the cost of class is prohibitive but you are interested in joining for fitness and fun, please simply message Good Vibe Tribe and we will provide a scholarship code which can be used to secure a free ticket to the event.

Safety Notes and Release of Liability

When performing exercises at home make sure you have a clear space and maintain a sense of awareness of your surroundings at all times. Be sure to listen to your body - take rests or modify the movements as needed, and hydrate as often as needed. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise routine, and let your instructor know if you have an injury or contrindication.

By purchasing a ticket to this event you agree to the following statement:

I understand the nature and purpose of the program I am participating in and I am aware that any strenuous physical activity involves certain risks.  I assume the risk of any and all accidents, injuries or damages of any kind to be sustained by me or my property by reason of or in connection with my participation in the program. I release, discharge and absolve Good Vibe Tribe, it's officers, directors, employees, it's parties and agents and each of their affiliates, and subsidiaries from any and all liability or responsibility for any such accident, injury or damages. This release shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administators, and assigns.
