I missed you this week! I am excited to continue teaching virtual classes for our GVT community and have been taking some time this week to think about how to do this better. Now that I have returned to work and am teaching a fairly robust schedule I know I will NOT be able to commit to teaching the original regular schedule of virtual classes I conceived of and posted at the start of the month. I need to be really smart about the way I offer my time and energy so I can avoid the dreaded "burn out." It happens to the best of us. I also need to be sure I'm able to properly promote the classes to you all so you know what's happening and have time to plan to attend.
I will move towards teaching "Special Events." This will allow me to promote each event more effectively, drum up more excitement and awareness for each event and hopefully more participation in each event so we can all enjoy that incredible group energy!! Events will be recorded so you can still request a link to the recording if you cannot join live. I will not necessarily have a super regular schedule, which will allow for some flexibility in programming (both format and time) but I will offer events in time slots that were well attended and formats that were highly requested and generated maximum participation.
Keep an eye out for information about our first event - it will be BarreSTAR Monday morning at 9am - and how to sign up!
