Welcome to the GVT Blog!


Hi everyone!


I hope you've found your way to my new website by now and have done some exploring! I expect this first week we may hit some funky snags to iron out so let's all just be present, stay positive, and GO WITH THE FLOW!


I'm planning to use this blog to send out regular communications to you all, like I did in my original newsletter, which I will be phasing out now that we have a functional website. You can opt in or out to receive notifications and will be able to visit the blog anytime to read my posts. I will share personal stories, ideas, advice, and relevant uplifting messages, as well as reminders about classes, special events and other offerings for our community to keep us all inspired, motivated, and strong! .


I would also love to invite members of our community to have a voice here! If you'd like to be a guest blogger or be featured as a Member of the Week please contact me! I'd love to highlight the many talented, ambitious, interesting people who are part of this Tribe and hear more about what you do, who you are, and the many ways you contribute good energy to make the world a more vibrant and beautiful place!


TODAY'S KICKOFF SCHEDULE!!

Unfortunately I've had to cancel VinyasaFLOW this morning due to zero enrollment again. I am going to look for a better time slot for this Vinyasa class in June. Moving forward I will teach Yoga Sculpt at 9am on Tuesday mornings. I want to teach what you want, when you want it, so please don't hesitate to contact me with specific requests and I will try to do what works best for our group.


At 12:30pm is BarreSTAR - Express, a 30 min class with no equipment, featuring isometric and high rep toning exercises to sculpt your bod!


At 3pm we have HIIT Fusion Tuesdays. In HIIT Fusion we will explore various methods of popular classes that feature High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) including Tabata Fusion, DEFCON, Tetra Sculpt and more! It's a great way to complete a challenging hour-long full body conditioning class working with maximum effort in a way that's fresh, exciting and fun! All classes are all-levels welcome! Just keep in mind that your maximum effort and abilities will not be the same as anyone else's so you do you! Work hard, work smart and have fun!


DONATION OPTIONS

I've had a lot of questions about how to donate moving forward. I tried to set up some easy options! The suggested donation is $5 per person per 30 minute class or $10 per person per 60 minute class whether you are

participating live or in a recorded class (email me for a recording - I don't currently have a better method of distribution, but I'm working on it). You can click the icon in the upper left corner of any screen (it looks like this) to donate per class.


You can also choose to enroll in an Unlimited plan at various support levels and certain classes and special events will be included in each plan. These are great if you currently take 3x a week or more or want to become more motivated to take class more frequently!


I know many of us are experiencing personal hardships and financial duress right now, so if you cannot afford to contribute for class right now, please take class anyway.
